Privacy
AYA has no accounts and no user database. Here is precisely what happens to what you type, described accurately rather than reassuringly.
What you send to AYA
When you build a campaign, the text, URL or image you provide — along with the goal, platform, audience and lens you selected — is sent to AYA’s server and then forwarded to the configured AI provider to produce the campaign.
That provider is a third party. Depending on which provider the operator of this deployment has configured, that may be Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter. Your content is subject to that provider’s terms and data handling policies while it is being processed. If your brief is confidential, treat submitting it the same way you would treat pasting it into any hosted AI tool.
What AYA stores
AYA does not run a user database and does not persist your campaigns on a server. Campaign content exists on the server only for the duration of the request that produces it.
Your recent campaigns are saved in your own browser via localStorage, on the device you used. They are not synced, not backed up and not visible to anyone else. Clearing your browser data deletes them permanently. You can delete individual campaigns from the Recent campaigns list at any time.
Rate limiting
To keep the free beta usable, AYA counts campaign runs per visitor per day. To do that without storing identities, it derives a one-way hash from your IP address and browser user-agent string. The raw IP address is not written to storage, and the hash cannot be reversed back into an address. Counters expire daily.
If the deployment is configured with durable storage those counters live there; otherwise they live in the server’s memory and are lost on restart.
URLs you paste
In URL mode, AYA’s server fetches the page you name and reads its text. It does not execute the page’s JavaScript, does not log in, and refuses addresses that resolve to private or internal networks. The extracted text is treated strictly as material to analyse, never as instructions to follow.
Images
Uploaded images are sent to the configured AI provider for interpretation and are not stored by AYA. Moodboard imagery is either generated on request or retrieved from a free-to-use photo library, depending on how the deployment is configured.
Analytics and tracking
This build ships with no analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party trackers and no cookies. There is nothing to consent to, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Payments
AYA is free during beta. It does not process payments, request a wallet, hold funds or collect payment information of any kind. If that changes, this page changes first.
